Title: Disconnect Analyst Location: Logan UT, In Office or Hybrid (In office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) Job Description: Department: Synergy Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5pm MT Wage: $15.75 per hour plus a performance based tier system Overview Disconnect Analysts research disconnect notices and work to restore utility services. Disconnected services often cause past due balances and sometimes collection invoices. You are responsible to collaborate with the appropriate party to resolve these issues and make necessary payments to re-establish utilities. Your efforts will foster client relations as their accounts remain active and in good-standing. Responsibilities - Coordinate with utility providers, collection agencies and team members to research disconnected accounts - Scan disconnect notices and link them to the appropriate account in the Conservice database - Prioritize urgent disconnect notices and resolve them quickly - Make payments to restore utility services - Medium phone usage-up to 30-50% of work day making outbound calls to providers. Qualifications - Attention to detail - Self motivated to find the "why" behind the problem and resolve the issue - Able to effectively manage time and prioritize workload - Clear and professional written and verbal communication - Able to develop collaborative relationships with team members - Self-motivated to produce quality work Education & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent

Shift Time: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST Location: India You Will: - Manage monthly billing reconciliation for all lines of business - reconcile campaigns and create invoices for different types of business lines - Ensure that the invoices are generated timely and accurately as per the client agreement/requirement. - Provide end to end support to Business Teams and coordinate between different departments like Operations, Account Management, Collections and External Auditors to ensure smooth functioning. - Assist with month end close activities which includes preparing revenue estimates for all business lines. - Ensure proper documentation to substantiate the monthly activities performed to support the audit needs & compliance - Support ad hoc projects and reporting requirements - Review employee expense report to ensure compliance of company’s policy - Inquire with employees for receipts and explanations when needed - Monthly expense analysis and reporting variances - Ensure expenses are accurately booked into financial reporting system - Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested - The role requires flexibility, including night hours and night shifts, to support our global clients and ensure timely billing. The Senior Logistics Liability Claims Analyst is responsible for professionally managing logistics liability claims across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. How you create impact - Manage mid to high value logistics liability claims, including maritime, warehouseman's legal liability, freight forwarding, airfreight liability, and road logistics. - Accurately administer and validate claims in the e‑claims system, including application of claims reserves, documentation, and recovery. - Conduct investigations, analyze root causes, and actively pursue recoveries against subcontractors and other third parties. - Manage litigation by instructing legal counsel, monitoring case progress, preparing reports, and attending mediations as needed. - Prepare, maintain, and present claim statistics and reports analysis on a monthly or quarterly basis. - Ensure claims comply with internal handling procedures, global standards, KPIs, and audit requirements while continuously identifying improvement opportunities. - Provide day‑to‑day claim‑related support, guidance, and training to internal customers, staff, and external stakeholders. - Review logistics liability components in contracts to ensure insurance and risk transfer requirements are met. - Educate customers on insurance policies, risk exposure, and the importance of cargo insurance. - Serve as the primary interface with marine liability insurers, surveyors, and logistics liability insurance partners.
