Job Requirements

Role Description The AI Conversational Bot Developer Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform. This role builds conversational workflows, trains NLP models, integrates enterprise systems, and supports production deployments of conversational automation capabilities. The Specialist collaborates with architects, engineers, contact center teams, and business stakeholders to automate member interactions and improve digital service capabilities.
