Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven commercial experience, especially outbound sales and prospecting
- 3+ years years of experience in high volume calling environment
- BILINGUAL IN BOTH ENGLISH/SPANISH
- 1 to 3+ years experience in performing sales demos
- Strong phone communication and clear articulation
- Excellent written skills (email and LinkedIn outreach)
- Demonstrated drive, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
- 3 years of experience in cold calling
- 3 years of experience in B2B outbound calls
- Strong time management and organization to balance customer engagement, closing, and CRM admin (Zoho, Hubspot, etc.)

As an Insurance Eligibility Representative, you play a critical role in helping patients understand their coverage and financial responsibility so they can focus on their health with confidence.
