NetSuite Support Analyst

Learning Technologies Group plc

• Responsible for day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform • Set up, deactivate, and manage users, roles, and permissions within NetSuite • Monitor and maintain data quality, including customer and vendor data cleansing, de-duplication, and record accuracy • Assist with the creation and maintenance of new General Ledger (GL) accounts • Provide timely support to resolve system issues, incidents, and errors • Assist with configuration changes, customisations, and system optimisations to improve efficiency and user experience • Support the creation and maintenance of saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports • Provide support for third-party applications and integrations connected to NetSuite • Assist with system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Job Requirements
