• Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects to prospects. • Provide expertise in Crowdstrike’s browser security platform, explaining features, benefits, and deployment processes. • Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and craft tailored solutions leveraging Crowdstrike’s products. • Assist with RFP/RFI responses and develop technical proposals that align with customer needs. • Serve as the primary technical liaison between the customer, sales, and product teams. • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges during pre-sales and deployment processes. • Gather customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a pre-sales engineering role
- Experience working for a browser security solution is a plus
- Proficiency in browser security concepts (browser-based malware, phishing protection, DLP, browser exploits)
- Experience with technologies such as SIEM/XDR, cloud-native platforms, ZTNA, VDI, and endpoint security
- Ability to read/understand HAR files and net-export logs is a plus
- Experience successfully communicating with and advising c-suite, senior management, and security architect-level customers/clients
- Demonstrated success selling browser security, detection and response, or cloud computing services at the C-Suite and senior management levels.
- Experienced and comfortable presenting complex security and computing concepts to large audiences both virtually and in person.
