Job Overview We are seeking a Inside AV Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between client needs and technical execution. This role is built for a systems-thinker who excels at building comprehensive AV and networking solutions across multiple brands and platforms. You will work closely with internal leadership and the service team to design, document, and create proposals for sophisticated smart home systems. Responsibilities - Develop detailed technical designs for AV, networking, and integrated smart home systems. - Translate client requirements into polished, accurate, and compelling project proposals. - Build reliable solutions that work seamlessly across various technology brands and platforms. - Act as a technical resource for the service team and internal leadership to ensure design feasibility and system performance. - Apply a practical, hands-on mindset to troubleshoot design challenges and optimize system functionality. QualificationsRequired Qualifications - Strong foundational knowledge of AV systems, residential integration, and robust networking/WiFi systems. - Proven track record in system design, documentation, and utilizing proposal software. - Ability to see the "big picture" of how various technologies interact within a smart home ecosystem. - High-level verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and client-facing clarity. - A self-motivated professional who takes full ownership of their projects and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience working in a remote capacity for an integration firm. - Familiarity with the specific brands and platforms commonly used in the high-end residential market. Work Structure - 100% Remote - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Central Time) Compensation - Target Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 - Note: Final compensation is dependent on experience level and location. Please note that healthcare benefits are currently not provided for out-of-state employees.

This position is for our Philadelphia, PA, territory. Positions serving territories away from our headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio are fully remote. The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000 annually. Our competitive compensation package is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
