Operations Project Analyst – Focus on Process and Project Governance

• Design and improve project management processes for all project phases; • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of project management processes, including templates, standard operating procedures, flowcharts, and best practices in an organized manner to promote standardization; • Provide support to project teams, ensuring that everyone understands and follows established processes; • Gather feedback and improvement suggestions from stakeholders involved in the process to understand their needs and ensure processes meet requirements and expectations; • Collect, analyze, and consolidate project performance indicators, producing reports on project progress, efficiency, and outcomes. Use these data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous optimization of project management processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Industrial/Production Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid);
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello);
  • Experience in designing and improving project management processes;
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience working in a PMO (Project Management Office);
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with post-registration projects;
  • Intermediate English.
