Role Description: Inside Sales Representative, Southern Europe Role Purpose: Wasabi’s Inside Sales Representative is part of the Inside Sales Team. You will be a hunter, calling on new prospects to help them move to Wasabi’s next-generation hot storage, and a closer that owns small business opportunities. The Inside Sales Representative will work to uncover and qualify the storage needs and buying timelines of prospects and drive those prospects to free-trials or to Sales qualified appointments. This position spends about 80% of the week managing and closing opportunities for SMB customers and spends about 20% of the week uncovering new opportunities and then qualifying them for the Account Executive Team. *Principals Only. No Recruiters. Responsibilities: - Respond to warm inbound leads by email and phone. - Close opportunities for small business leads by completing the end-to-end sales cycle. - Encourage your customer base to expand their cloud storage usage. - Call on warm outbound leads in defined target markets. - Develop strong customer rapport and trust. - Generate free-trial accounts and qualified appointments for sales teams. - Capture detailed data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree. - Enthusiastic about the challenge of working at a start-up. - 5+ years of technology inside sales experience (Storage experience a plus). - Self-starter, comfortable with cold calling. - Communicates professionally verbally, and in writing. - Disciplined in planning and setting goals. - Bilingual with the ability to speak English and Spanish. To start this process, we need an inside sales rep that work remotely from home to begin creating relationships. Sales reps must be willing to reach out to warm and incoming leads, analyze and review applications, and quote KAAST equipment in a timely manner. Travel is limited to about 10% and consists of 2-3 tradeshows per year. This position is primarily inside sales, however, KAAST has a company culture that gives our sales reps the flexibility to visit customers and create strong long-lasting relationships with them. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. We are looking for a remote Inside Sales Rep in Los Angeles, CA with the following skills: - Capital equipment sales experience. Machine tool and/or fabrication equipment background is a strong plus. - Account management, inside sales - Travel to tradeshows 2-3 times a year - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM experience Responsibilities - Reach out to new clients, introduce KAAST’s extensive line up of machinery, and grow relationships. - Work of a list of warm leads, and daily incoming leads. - Analyze and review client applications and processes, then quote correct machines for their needs. - Willingness and desire to learn and understand KAAST’s line up. - Organize, self-motivate, and pick up the phone! Inside Sales Reps are responsible for pushing our machine tool equipment primarily in the Los Angeles area. The best person for this job is high-energy, personable, and well-spoken.
