Design and deliver scalable, highly available, and resilient services and systems. 2. Own and develop end-to-end technical solutions that meet product requirements and user needs. 3. Contribute to code and design reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant solutions. 4. Drive innovation by identifying and proposing new technologies, tools, and process improvements. 5. Develop deep domain expertise in the Lending business to inform architectural and product decisions. 6. Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, operations, business, legal, and compliance teams to align technical initiatives with organizational goals. 7. Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working effectively across distributed teams and offices. 8. Mentor other members of the team and help foster a learning environment within the team. May telecommute. Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related quantitative field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Special Skill Requirements: (1) Programming languages such as Java and Kotlin; (2) SQL; (3) API such as REST, GraphQL, and gRPC; (4) Spring boot and Spring framework; (5) Relational databases such PostgreSQL and MySQL; (6) NoSQL database such as DynamoDB, Redis, and MongoDB; (7) Software Design and Data Structure; (8) Cloud Services; (9) Docker; (10) Kubernetes; and (11) Software Development Methodologies. Salary: $172,500.00 - $189,750.00 per annum & standard company benefits.
