We will help you get there! We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our new clinic in Salisbury, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized behavior therapy services to neurodivergent children and adolescents in our clinic and in-home when needed. The RBT will work closely with their BCBA to implement behavior plans, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support. • Design and evolve scalable, high-performance system architecture • Define system interactions across microservices, APIs, and external integrations • Lead architectural decisions and provide technical direction to engineering teams • Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and fault tolerance across systems • Identify architectural bottlenecks and design long-term solutions • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams on system design • Define engineering standards, system patterns, and best practices

• Provides routine technical assistance to computer system users. • Answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients via telephone, Microsoft Teams, or from a remote location. • Provides assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. • Provides assistance to our Sr. IT Support Specialists as needed. • Handles customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedure to solve customer problems, understands company products and services, and maintains a pleasant and professional image. • Makes good use of web tools and online industry resources and can implement and manage web projects, has online marketing knowledge, aware of industry trends. • Has an awareness of, researches and adopts effective technologies that improve the bottom line, works well with tech resources. • Performs routine maintenance on system components. • Understands system performance requirements and what kind of maintenance is needed. • Identifies measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to the goals of the system. • Can accurately evaluate system performance.

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java 8, Angular 11, and related technologies; • Create REST APIs following best practices for architecture and security; • Ensure code quality using unit tests (JUnit) and static analysis tools (Sonar); • Work with data persistence in SQL Server and DB2, using Hibernate and EJB3; • Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery processes using Jenkins, Nexus, and Git; • Use Swagger for API documentation; • Generate reports with JasperReports; • Be open to learning new technologies, including legacy Flash Builder; • Work on challenging projects focused on developing and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications. The professional will be part of a multidisciplinary, collaborative team, contributing from solution design through production delivery; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
