• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to design and execute QA strategies that cover critical business flows such as transactions, onboarding, and WhatsApp API messaging, integrating automation, CI/CD, and AI-powered tooling into the daily workflow.

• Undertake test preparation for a variety of projects, including resource estimations, planning, scoping, and identifying data/environmental requirements. • Execute testing tasks as needed for various projects, track issues and escalate when necessary. • Coordinate with other QA engineers and automation teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Validate and smoke test production releases. • Identify urgent product issues and work with developers to resolve the issues. • High efficiency work on daily escalation support issues • Work with both onshore and offshore teams, such as Product, Account Managers, DevOps, Infrastructure, databases, and App Support teams. • Daily communication with local stakeholders to pass accurate information through meetings, emails, SMS etc.

• Develop and maintain test automation strategies for critical applications • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous validation • Perform system validation with a focus on quality, performance, and reliability • Identify critical scenarios and edge cases that may impact the system • Ensure the quality of input and output data (consistency, integrity, and reliability) • Execute load and stress tests, analyzing performance and latency • Drive continuous improvement of quality processes • Proactively identify failures before they impact the end user

• Document new and maintain existing Test Cases using Xray Test Management • Develop new and maintain existing Cucumber Test Scripts to sustain >80% automated test coverage • Extend test coverage by documenting and automating test cases from production bugs • Analyze Runlists to identify long running steps or processes that can be tuned and optimized • Participate in Test Case design and Test Planning discussions to maximize quality thinking and test coverage • Participate as a member of a Scrum Team, holding yourself and your team mates accountable to commitments and daily progress • Work through technical challenges with appropriate level of urgency • Collaborate with team mates to stay aligned on sprint goals and maintain steady flow of work (keep your goals clear and yourself unblocked) • Work with Software Engineers across scrum teams to maintain consistent Test Engineering practices • Perform manual testing as needed • Use software design principals to create maintainable and solid UI test scripts • Evangelize quality and test automation, and support your team in these areas • Estimate work and maintain predictable throughput toward sprint goals • Work in a highly interactive Agile team, applying quality standards and processes to enable high quality feature delivery incrementally • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and simplify the test automation framework • Integrate test automation with and maintain continuous integration and delivery across the environments
