Senior Business Analyst, Fraud Strategy

KOHO

• Owning the end-to-end fraud control landscape on applications and transactions • Leading the design and evolution of fraud detection models • Developing a deep understanding of fraud patterns specific to KOHO • Championing the customer experience within risk decisions • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities • Building and presenting business cases that turn data and risk insights into clear investment decisions • Partnering closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to co-develop solutions

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in fraud teams
  • Strong SQL skills, with proven ability to build reports and present data clearly
  • Experience with Sigma, DBT, Python (Pandas,numpy) is a strong asset
  • Familiar with fraud prevention platforms and third-party vendor tools
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Able to communicate findings and recommendations through clear, compelling presentations

Role Description As a member of the School of Access, Education and Language faculty team, you will: - Provide theoretical and practical instruction in the online asynchronous full-time Early Childhood Education diploma program. - Collaboratively design and deliver educational experiences for a diverse group of learners, including preparation, instruction, assessment, and evaluation of students using a broad range of flexible teaching and learning practices and technologies such as Learning Management Systems (e.g., Brightspace) and classroom technology. - Ensure health and safety practices and procedures are followed in your classroom, shops, and labs. - Maintain currency with the latest industry practices relevant to your program and continually develop your understanding of 21st-century teaching and learning practices. - Engage in different delivery modalities (e.g., in-class, online, blended online/in-class), off-site instruction, and alternate work hours such as weekends and evenings. - Perform related duties including academic and career advisement, participating on committees, program marketing, curriculum revision/development, supporting and monitoring work placements, liaising with business and industry, representing the College as required, and upholding NSCC policies and procedures.
