• Perform medical claim reviews for the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) • Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of completed medical coding reviews • Perform in depth medical record reviews across medical, behavioral health, transportation • Analyze data, documentation, and evidence to identify potential billing errors, abuse, or fraudulent activity • Handle complex coding reviews, including those related to legal, compliance, escalations, audits, and rework initiatives • Prepare detailed written summaries of findings and clearly articulate conclusions to leadership • Independently research and apply state, CMS, and payer specific guidelines relevant to audits and reviews • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and cases that may warrant prepayment review • Maintain accurate documentation, records, files, and tracking logs • Provide mentorship and training to coders • Encourage innovative approaches to operational challenges.

• Creating accurate forecasts to manage contact center volumes and service quality • Analyzing service performance, agent occupancy, and call arrival patterns • Compiling and analyzing call center performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

This role plays a critical part in ensuring program financial accuracy, compliance, and performance by partnering with cross-functional teams and delivering insightful analysis to support contract execution and decision-making. This is a 100% remote opportunity. Responsible for the following areas - Work with shared service functional groups, such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, Accounting, Procurement, Contracts and Subcontracts to ensure all financial aspects of the program are accurately recorded and reported in a timely manner. - Prepare program-related financial data for analysis and cyclical reporting. - Prepare month-end closing in accordance with federal governmental accounting standards. - Produce metrics and reports to represent contract budgets and forecasting. - Prepare purchase requisitions in support of subcontractor and procurement activities. - Review revenue recognition, revenue adjustments, indirect rate adjustments, limitation of funds, forecasting, reviewing contract cost and invoices. - Analyze and interpret contract task descriptions with program management and prepare task order pricing responses and cost proposals. - Research customer requests for further information and prepare ad-hoc reporting to address concerns. - Review plan versus actual data and their associated variances; identify and categorize root causes. - Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - Review accuracy of contract direct and indirect cost pools. - Receive, review and setup for processing of inter-company work order (IWO) invoices as they pertain to contracts managed. - Setup and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for new and existing contracts. Requirements - Experience in Program Finance & Analysis. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline and 5-7 years of experience or equilavent. - Advanced Excel skill set; proficiency with MS Office. - Verbal and written communication skills. - Able to manage priorities and workload. - Deltek Costpoint or Cognos experience is a plus. - Government contracting work experience is a plus. - Must be a US citizen with ability to pass a Government background investigation. • Perform detailed analysis of telecom invoices and related datasets to identify potential vendor overbillings and billing discrepancies. • Document identified overbillings in structured spreadsheet formats and upload claims into TEOCO’s Claim Center application with clear explanations and supporting evidence. • Participate in client calls and meetings to present audit findings, explain methodologies, and respond to inquiries. • Apply audit methodologies such as pattern recognition, data filtering, and cross-referencing across multiple data sources to validate findings. • Utilize tools including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, KNIME, and SAP BusinessObjects to analyze large datasets and support audit processes. • Research and validate billing discrepancies using contracts, tariffs, provisioning systems, and other relevant documentation. • Review and approve invoices within TEOCO’s Cost Management system (BillTrak), ensuring proper analysis, coding, and documentation standards are met. • Support reporting initiatives by monitoring scheduled reports, developing new reporting solutions, and ensuring alignment with internal and client KPIs. • Assist with client and vendor communications, including responding to inquiries and supporting issue resolution.
