• You develop a clear Instagram strategy and deliberately expand the channel as both a growth and brand channel. • You create new content formats, continuously test new ideas, and drive the channel toward 1 million followers. • You work closely with the Founder and strategically develop their personal brand. • You analyze performance KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion, and derive concrete optimizations. • You collaborate closely with the rest of the social media team to bring your ideas to life.

Job Requirements

  • You have experience building or significantly scaling social media channels—ideally on Instagram.
  • You spot trends early, know how to create true scroll-stoppers, and constantly come up with new ideas that generate real attention.
  • You can think strategically about content and know how to grow a strong personal brand.
  • You also work data-driven and use KPIs to continuously improve content.

The Role: The Content Management organization at WPP Production is responsible for publishing creative assets, experiences, and critical digital content to our client websites and other platforms across the globe. The Content Manager works closely with both the Content Management organization and external teams to ensure all client interactive deliverables are completed accurately and on time. This includes ownership of the content management and publishing operations in support of our client’s product launches and other digital marketing programs, including setting up and managing page structure and content in a CMS (content management system). Core responsibilities of a Content Manager include day-to-day content management tasks, cross-functional collaboration across the Marcom organization, leading projects or initiatives from the content management perspective, and maintaining full knowledge of an ever-changing set of tools and processes. (Note: This is a role focused on top-quality content production and publishing, with strong experience in content management tools and processes. It is not a content creation, design, or marketing job.) Key Responsibilities: - Receive daily and weekly programming instructions from business DRIs. Instructions are received via client’s internal tools like Radar, Pitch, and Quip with other tools to possibly develop in future - Complete programming per instructions and to required deadlines.
