Job Summary: The Data Analyst contributes to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the department's data management and analysis activities. The Data Analyst, situated in the Analytics Department of our healthcare organization, is crucial for supporting the department's objectives. Their focus is on providing detailed trending reports for government submissions, essential for healthcare initiatives' funding, internal measure tracking and ad-hoc reporting. They will develop and maintain reports and dashboards using advanced tools and data Lakehouse connections. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Duties/Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data sets using SQL, DAX and Python Continuous learning, especially in the Microsoft Suite of data tools like Excel, Power BI, Azure Data Studio and Fabric Develop and implement customized reporting solutions based on specific reporting requirements Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Cloud Ensure data accuracy through meticulous validation and cleaning processes Work collaboratively with various teams to identify and prioritize business needs Identify trends and patterns in data to inform strategic decisions Manage data warehousing and storage connections using Fabric Other duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in SQL, DAX, Python, Microsoft Excel, and other BI tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Business Objects applications is preferred Camera must be on for all virtual meetings as part of remote work requirements Education and Experience: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field preferred Proven experience in data analysis or related field Familiarity with BI technologies and data warehousing solutions Physical Requirement: Primarily remote work Current and valid driver’s license and current personal auto insurance Requires extended periods of sitting and computer use May require occasional lifting of lightweight office equipment

Responsibilities This remote-based EU position plays an important role in the success of SELUTION clinical trials and contributes to improving patient care by ensuring the quality of clinical data collected from clinical study sites. The Clinical Data Specialist supports the collection, processing, and review of clinical trial data across SELUTION DEB studies. Working under the guidance of the Clinical Data Manager, this role assists in day‑to‑day data management activities to ensure high-quality, reliable clinical data throughout the lifecycle of a trial. Key responsibilities include assisting with database setup activities, supporting the development of case report forms, performing data entry checks, generating and resolving data queries, and contributing to ongoing data cleaning. The Clinical Data Specialist collaborates closely with the Clinical Data Manager, study management teams, clinical sites, and external partners to help maintain accurate and complete study data.
