• Administer and support Kubernetes environments, including setup, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Help drive the migration of Brook.ai from a hosted platform to a self-hosted AWS environment running ROSA within Kubernetes • Monitor infrastructure health and proactively identify issues affecting reliability and performance • Debug and resolve Kubernetes and platform-related issues in production and non-production environments • Collaborate with the existing DevOps team to improve operational stability and scalability • Provide hands-on guidance and education to team members on Kubernetes administration best practices • Work closely with engineering and platform teams to support deployment and environment needs • Assist in maintaining secure, stable, and scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS • Support ongoing platform operations in a high-priority, business-critical environment • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen infrastructure management and team effectiveness

Compensation offered for candidates in this role is based on a number of factors including job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. These factors may cause your compensation to vary within the range outlined below. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time employees are granted stock options to share in Auvik’s future successes. Auvik employees are eligible to participate in additional benefits and programs including our comprehensive health and dental benefits plan, Wellness spending account, GRSP matching program, flexible paid time off, paid parental leave program, and are eligible for remote working subsidies. Salary Range: $125,500 — $163,500 CAD
