This is not just a WMS implementation: the scope includes the end-to-end operational technology stack, spanning inventory control, order management, carrier and EDI integrations, 3PL connectivity, and ERP-adjacent workflows. The platform will replace the current operations stack and transform how the company manages warehouse operations at scale, delivering real-time visibility, operational efficiency, and a scalable foundation for continued growth. As Technical Project Manager, you will be the operational backbone of this greenfield build. You will work closely with product, engineering, and warehouse operations stakeholders to keep the team aligned, unblocked, and delivering across a complex, interconnected set of systems. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership, high-impact role — you will need to move quickly, make decisions with incomplete information, and keep multiple workstreams in motion simultaneously.
