Quality & Performance Standards - Review all assets before delivery - file weight, correct sizing, platform specs, and performance-oriented design principles. - Flag creative that is unlikely to perform based on platform knowledge or historical data, and work with designers to iterate. - Maintain Tiger Tracks' internal library of CTAs, brand guidelines, and performance learnings across clients. Contractor Coordination - Brief, manage, and QA a network of freelance designers and web producers. - Communicate clearly upfront to minimize revision rounds. - Track contractor spend across projects and flag trends to leadership.
