Data Architect
IronArch Technology
• Support planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams to ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budgets • Collaborate with technical teams, clinical stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management to drive successful deployment activities • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, address challenges, and maintain momentum on deliverables • Build and maintain strong relationships across client, vendor, and internal teams to support seamless deployment execution • Develop a deep understanding of client practices, policies, and processes to effectively support role responsibilities • Design and establish environments to support ETL processes, including migration to virtual server infrastructure • Develop and execute data migration processes from decommissioned Corporate Data Warehouses • Explore and integrate connections to additional data sources as needed • Support Agile processes, including participation in sprint retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts • Contribute to all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment planning, go-live support, and post-deployment optimization
