Data Science Analyst, Mid-Level

Flash

• Act as an enabling team for predictive intelligence and AI solutions, developing models and tools to solve internal business problems (e.g., churn, anti-fraud, lead scoring, financial projections, etc.). • Work in an integrated way with teams such as Product, Sales, Finance and Operations, translating strategic challenges into data- and algorithm-based solutions. • Contribute to the company’s AI-First strategy by promoting the use of machine learning models and AI agents in internal workflows and decision-making processes. • Use Python, SQL and machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Statsmodels, etc.) for data exploration, model development and validation. • Build solutions within Dataflash (internal data and AI platform), including predictive models and generative AI agents, using techniques such as RAG, function calling, etc. • Ensure best practices for versioning, reproducibility, performance evaluation and explainability of implemented models. • Apply Advanced Analytics techniques — statistical analysis (e.g., multivariate regression, inference, time series, hypothesis testing, causal models, A/B experimentation) — to generate insights and support strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL and machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Statsmodels, etc.) for data exploration, model development and validation;
  • Experience building Machine Learning models, including Regression, Time Series and Classification;
  • Applying models in a business context;
  • Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs);
  • Experience using AI/LLMs to build data products in corporate environments.

Ces conventionnements concernent à la fois des logements neufs et des logements existants. - Accompagner les bailleurs pour la préparation de leurs dossiers et la compréhension des procédures - Instruire les conventions en application du code de la construction et de l'habitation et si nécessaire les faire publier ainsi que leurs avenants par le service de la publicité foncière - Assurer le suivi réglementaire et administratif des conventions (résiliations, avenants, etc.) - Rédiger et envoyer les courriers relatifs aux missions du poste - Compléter la base de données informatisée de suivi des conventions APL (SIAP/APILOS) Vous êtes placé sous l'autorité hiérarchique du/de la chef/fe de l'unité Suivi des Bailleurs Sociaux. Les agents en charge de l'instruction des conventions ayant les mêmes missions, ils/elles sont appelé(e)s à travailler en complémentarité (partage d'expérience, entraide sur certains dossiers compliqués, etc.) et à assurer chacun(e) l'intérim des autres, en tant que de besoin. Relations étroites et quotidiennes avec l'ensemble des agents de l'unité Suivi des Bailleurs Sociaux. Relations régulières avec l'ensemble des unités du service habitat et rénovation urbaine, particulièrement avec les instructeurs du financement des opérations de logements sociaux. Relations régulières avec les bailleurs locatifs sociaux présents dans les Yvelines, la direction départementale de l'emploi, du travail et des solidarités et le Service de la Publicité Foncière. Relations plus ou moins régulières avec les collectivités publiques locales (communes, EPCI, etc.) du département, la direction régionale et interdépartementale de l'hébergement et du logement, et les autres services préfectoraux des Yvelines.
