• Lead and support one Agile development team. • Promote Agile values and foster team collaboration. • Remove impediments to ensure high-quality software delivery. • Align team deliverables with business goals.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent facilitation capabilities.
- The ability to work closely with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- Scrum/Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) are a plus.
