Workplace Design Manager
Stryker
• Lead, manage, and have oversight of the design and planning of our global workplace environments • Leverage internal and external design partners to deliver workplaces that enhance customer experience • Promote employee productivity and engagement, and optimize costs • Support the development and execution of Stryker’s global workplace design strategy • Support design projects from concept to post-occupancy evaluation across multiple global locations • Direct internal and external design teams to deliver innovative, purpose-driven workspaces • Use data from surveys, workplace studies, and analytics to guide design decisions • Promote agile work environments and space-sharing concepts • Implement agile design principles that allow spaces to be easily reconfigured • Work with Stryker Real Estate & Facilities team to monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s)
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field is required
- 8+ years’ of experience in workplace design, corporate real estate, or facilities management is required
- 4+ years' of designing and implementing activity-based and flexible work environments is needed
- 4+ years' of experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex, global projects
- 4+ years' of experience with workplace analytics and using data to inform design decisions
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., LEED, WELL, NCIDQ) preferred
- Experience leading change management initiatives related to workspace transformation preferred
- A Master's degree is preferred

Role Description Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Instructional Design and Development Coordinator to join our team! The Instructional Design and Development Coordinator is responsible for the design and development of learning activities, assignments, assessments, and instructional approaches in the development of online and hybrid (blended) training for Trillium Members, Providers, and Staff. Additionally, this position is responsible for the gathering, analysis, implementation, security, integration, training, maintenance, and end-user support of the My Learning Campus - Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, educational technologies, multimedia design, and/or learning analytics. On a typical day, you might: - Configure, operate, maintain, and support the My Learning Campus LMS, ensuring performance, scalability, usability, and data integrity. - Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS support, coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and users to troubleshoot system access, course deployment issues, and technical challenges. - Manage day-to-day LMS functions including creating and maintaining courses, events, sessions, curricula, assignments, evaluations, and assessments. - Monitor system performance, user activity, and data quality; recommend improvements and enhancements based on analytics and system behavior. - Develop and maintain system integrations between the LMS and other platforms. - Ensure configuration decisions consider cross-functional impacts on workflows, reporting, and user experience. - Design, develop, and refine digital learning content using LMS capabilities, instructional design methodologies, and adult learning principles to support knowledge development, skill building, and performance improvement. - Analyze existing learning materials, curricula, and resources to improve learner engagement, accessibility, and alignment with intended learning outcomes. - Create instructional graphics, user interfaces, and digital learning assets in collaboration with content development resources to enhance the overall learner experience.
