• Conduct internal and/or external timely operational, financial, and/or compliance audits • Identify, document, and evaluate business risks • Develop written audit programs • Conduct testing and analysis of existing controls to determine adequacy and effectiveness • Prepare written work papers to document testing results • Document issues, their causes, and effects on the corporation • Serve as Lead Auditor on more complex assignments • Draft recommendations to limit risks and improve processes • Write audit reports for corporate executive management • Collect and analyze data to detect deficiencies • Conduct special audit studies for management • Provide training to other auditors to maximize efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's in a job related field
- 5 years auditing experience
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of auditing
- Ability to analyze and determine the applicability of financial data
- Ability to gather information by examining records and documents
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work professionally with persons at all levels
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form
- Ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis
- Excellent analytical or critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Preferred Licenses and Certificates: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Role Description Sur toute la zone Guyane, vous aurez comme objectifs : - Réaliser le suivi des inspections nécessaires à la délivrance et au renouvellement des titres de sécurité des navires sous pavillon français (navires de pêche, de charge et de plaisance professionnelle de moins 24 mètres); - Gestion administrative de l'antenne du centre de sécurité en Guyane; - Contrôle des stations de révision de radeaux de sauvetage; Plus particulièrement vous serez chargé des tâches de : - Vérifier la conformité des navires (français et étrangers) aux réglementations relatives à la sauvegarde de la vie humaine en mer, à la prévention de la pollution et à la prévention des risques professionnels maritimes; - Exercer toute autre fonction transversale que le chef du CSN ou le directeur de la mer pourrait lui confier. Role Description Au sein de l'unité « qualité et préservation des milieux aquatiques » du service environnement, police de l'eau et risques de la direction départementale des territoires de la Corrèze, vous serez en charge de la police de l'eau et des milieux aquatiques. - Assurer le suivi des thématiques : assainissement, travaux en milieux aquatiques, gestion des eaux pluviales et continuité écologique. - Analyser les données d'autosurveillance et définir les conformités annuelles des systèmes d'assainissement. - Suivre l'épandage des boues, le cas échéant. - Instruire les dossiers de déclaration ou de demande d'autorisation. - Réaliser des contrôles sur pièces et sur site. - Assurer le suivi administratif des activités (renseignement des bases de données et outils de pilotage). - Accompagner les porteurs de projet pour minimiser l'impact de leur projet sur le milieu. - Gérer la délivrance et le suivi des agréments des vidangeurs pour l'ensemble du département. - Suivre la thématique « zones humides » : veille technique et réglementaire, participation à divers groupes de travail, réunions ou comités de pilotage. - Contribuer à l'élaboration de programmes d'actions, de stratégies locales ou des documents de planification. - Travailler en lien étroit avec les collègues en charge des autres secteurs du département et divers services (DDT, DREAL, ARS, OFB, agence de l'eau Adour Garonne, chambre d'agriculture, collectivités locales, bureaux d'études, porteurs de projet). Qualifications - Connaissances techniques dans le domaine de l'eau et de l'environnement ou capacité d'acquérir rapidement ces connaissances. - Expérience dans ce domaine (collectivités, bureau d'étude, État...) ou déjà commissionné en police de l'environnement. - Capacité à instruire avec rigueur des dossiers techniques et rédiger des actes administratifs. - Compétences en contrôle de la mise en œuvre des actes administratifs. - Organisé et rigoureux, avec une bonne capacité d'analyse et de synthèse. - Aise en rédaction et expression orale. - Capacité à favoriser un dialogue entre des interlocuteurs de cultures variées (collectivités, profession agricole, opérateurs économiques...). Requirements - Selon votre profil, possibilité de bénéficier de compagnonnage interne et de formations spécialisées. - Cycle de formation prévu pour l'obtention du titre d'inspecteur de l'environnement (commissionnement).
