• Establish and maintain a consistent "Source of Truth" for all company data • Develop and optimize BI dashboards (Power BI preferred) • Implement and manage tracking solutions (Google Tag Manager, CDPs) • Analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights • Work closely with product and marketing teams to enable data-driven decisions

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Python or R
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager; experience with product analytics is a plus
  • Familiarity with statistics/machine learning, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with CDPs (Segment, Tealium, RudderStack) is advantageous
  • Mindset: ownership, initiative, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment
