• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administration • Prepare and manage employment documents such as contracts, amendments, reference letters, and termination agreements • Support payroll preparation by ensuring all employee data and relevant changes are accurate and submitted on time • Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data quality and consistency • Support the HR Business Partner in handling employee inquiries and assisting with HR-related projects and initiatives • Act as a link between local operations and HR stakeholders, supporting alignment on policies, processes, and initiatives • Contribute to the improvement and automation of HR processes to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience • Support the management of work permits and employment eligibility, including tracking expiration dates • Assist in HR reporting, data preparation, and documentation • Participate in HR projects focused on employee engagement, process optimization, and organizational development • Support compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and data protection requirements

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken)
  • Strong interest in operational HR and eagerness to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and employee lifecycle management
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable, especially when handling sensitive data
  • Proactive, organized, and enjoy supporting others in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with employees and stakeholders
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and willingness to learn

Role Description - Référent-e du suivi de la médecine du travail et du suivi des congés longue durée - Référent-e des prestations sociales et des accidents En propre : - I - Maladies - Instruire les dossiers et assurer un suivi de la situation des agents placés en congé longue maladie, congé longue durée - Instruire et suivre les demandes de temps partiel thérapeutique - Suivre les agents en CMO approchant le passage à 1/2 traitement et nécessitant une vigilance particulière, en lien avec les gestionnaires de proximité - Assurer un suivi particulier sur les dossiers des agents en congé maladie en vue d'un passage devant les instances médicales dans le but d'obtenir un CLM, un CLD ou un retour dans les services - Instruire les dossiers de demande de retraites pour invalidité - Assurer le suivi de la gestion des convocations médicales dans le cadre des expertises - II - Médecine de prévention - Prendre les rendez-vous avec les médecins de prévention - Mettre à jour les bases de données agents des organismes de santé avec lesquels la DRIEAT a conventionné - Transmettre les préconisations médicales formulées par les médecins aux chefs de service des agents concernés - Adresser aux organismes de santé les formulaires de demande de visite à l'initiative de l'administration, en motivant si nécessaire les demandes - Assurer le suivi de la gestion des conventions avec les organismes de santé au travail - Assurer le suivi statistique des indicateurs liés à la santé - III - Accidents de service et trajet - Assurer l'instruction et la gestion des dossiers de reconnaissance des accidents de service/de trajet, de maladie professionnelle et la mise en paiement des factures associées - Instruire et gérer l'attribution de l'ATI - IV - Prestations sociales - Instruire les demandes de prestations sociales (séjours enfants, colonie, etc...) - Assurer la mise en paiement des rentes trimestriellement en appliquant un taux actualisé chaque année - Assurer la mise en paiement des allocations des parents d'enfants handicapés - Apporter un conseil auprès des UDEAT sur des dossiers complexes Partagées : - Organiser des temps d'échanges pour la planification et le suivi des activités - Participer à la rédaction de fiches de procédures et/ou de notes internes - Apporter un soutien en cas de besoin aux équipes du DRHC (exercices mobilité, promotions...)
