• Logging and managing incidents reported by users through various channels (primarily by phone). • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using the knowledge base. • Providing first-level support to end users by guiding them through problem resolution or escalating issues when necessary. • Tracking and updating the status of service requests and incidents in the ticketing system. • Using and contributing to the knowledge base for problem resolution and documentation. • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when required. • Assisting with user account management, including password resets and access permissions. • Collaborating with business partners and other solution/support groups.

• Manage and optimize end-to-end pipelines and data warehousing using Stitch and Google BigQuery . • Design, build, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting suites within Looker Studio. • Coordinate with engineering to set up and validate Google Analytics tracking; provide on-demand analysis and custom reporting for cross-functional teams. • Execute rigorous validation protocols to ensure all reported data is 100% accurate and trustworthy at all times.

• Own the full client lifecycle for MLB and NCAA partner teams • Build and maintain a unified client health dashboard • Drive NCAA trial program outcomes • Validate model outputs and platform releases • Partner with data scientists and engineers to design statistical validation plans • Contribute to MLB sales efforts by developing customized materials • Feed partner insights back into the product roadmap
