L’Ingénieur (e) Service Clients Digital Technologies de Leica Biosystems est chargé de fournir, de promouvoir et de vendre un service technique de haute qualité dans la zone géographique de responsabilité, y compris l'Union Européenne si nécessaire, dans le but de satisfaire les clients tout en atteignant les objectifs individuels ou d'équipe en matière de revenus et d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI). Il/elle va être un (e) expert(e) local(e) et la personne de référence pour les autres FSE de la région. Ce poste fait partie de l'équipe Service Clients France, la personne doit idéalement être située à Montpellier, Nîmes, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence ou Avignon, (départements 13, 30, 34 ou 84). Le poste sera entièrement à distance et couvrira tout le sud de la France de Bayonne à Nice. Vous serez rattaché(e) au chef d'équipe du service régional. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez l'opportunité de : - Visiter les clients pour effectuer la maintenance préventive, les réparations, l'analyse des défaillances et les mises à niveau afin d'optimiser le service à la clientèle et de garantir une réparation professionnelle dans les délais impartis grâce à des pratiques de travail efficaces et efficientes contribuant aux objectifs de l'équipe/KPI. - Installer sur place des solutions d'imagerie, y compris la configuration des exigences du réseau. - Fournir des rapports précis, traiter et soumettre dans les délais les rapports Salesforce, les dépenses, la gestion des stocks et d'autres documents de service pertinents/transactions de processus. - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les spécialistes EMEA des produits de Pathologie Digitale & Cytovision, la Business Unit et d'autres équipes de Field Service, afin d'améliorer la fiabilité et le retour d'informations sur le support technique des solutions d'imagerie. - Coopérer étroitement avec l'équipe de vente et la soutenir dans des tâches telles que la formation de base des clients, les installations, les démonstrations et la mise en place de systèmes sur le réseau du client. Les exigences essentielles du poste sont les suivantes: - Expérience similaire sur un poste de Service engineer de préférence dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux - Connaissance de la configuration et de l'installation de réseaux tels que les pares-feux et les réseaux TCP/IP. - Expérience avec Windows Server, Linux, VMS et connaissance pratique de SQL. - Capacité avérée à apprendre de manière autonome dans des domaines techniques et à acquérir de l'expérience. - Bonne connaissance de l'anglais technique Exigences en matière de déplacements, de permis de conduire et d'environnement physique : si cela s'applique au poste : - La personne doit être en mesure de voyager environ 80 % du temps, principalement dans la région, mais cela variera en fonction des besoins. The Service Engineer Digital Technologies for Leica Biosystems is responsible for delivering, promoting and selling high quality technical service within geographical area of responsibility, including EU if required, with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction whilst obtaining individual or team revenue and KPI targets. The responsibility of the position holder is service and maintenance along with troubleshooting and commissioning of the laboratory instruments in the Leica Biosystems portfolio (Digital Pathology + Cytovision), focusing on configuration and implementation of Imaging Solutions, network devices and remote services. Qualifications Competitive candidates must demonstrate: - Experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist in the insurance industry, specifically in property claims - Strong knowledge of property insurance policies, coverage and claim handling practices - Knowledge of both residential and commercial building construction - Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in your assigned territory - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, and other stakeholders - Proven effective communication skills to handle difficult/emotional conversations with a customer-minded focus - Proven ability to assess damages, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills - Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant tools - Physical agility to allow for: frequent lifting, carrying and climbing a ladder; ability to navigate roofs at various heights for inspection of both residential and commercial structures; ability to crawl in tight spaces - May be required to complete Rope and Harness Safety Training. - A valid driver's license is required Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Experience in handling complex or high-value claims - Construction background - Water mitigation inspection experience - Xactimate, XactContents Additional Details: - Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable licensing exam(s), Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks, and background checks required of various state(s). - State Farm recently implemented new pre-employment assessments.
