Job Summary ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF) The Credit Inquiry Team handles requests for both Commercial and Consumer accounts, ensuring that a wide range of needs are met efficiently and accurately. On the commercial side, we take care of all business-to-business account verifications, which play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our partners. We are also responsible for preparing and providing all financial year-end reports to auditors, supporting the transparency and integrity of our operations. For consumer accounts, our functions include processing Social Service requests, assisting with Housing requests, and providing Date of Death balances when needed. Each of these tasks is handled with care to ensure that we meet both regulatory requirements and the needs of the individuals we serve. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $18.75 - $25.00 per hour. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
