• Prepare, review, and submit billing accurately and on time • Verify client eligibility and benefits before services are provided • Track accounts receivable and follow up on unpaid or denied claims • Resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and denials in a timely manner • Stay current on billing requirements and payer guidelines • Work closely with program and administrative staff to ensure documentation supports billing • Generate reports on billing activity, collections, and outstanding balances • Ensure compliance with all applicable billing regulations and standards • Support audits by gathering and providing necessary documentation • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and financial information
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of billing experience
- Solid understanding of billing processes and accounts receivable
- Experience with billing systems or electronic platforms

Each of these tasks is handled with care to ensure that we meet both regulatory requirements and the needs of the individuals we serve.
