You will create elated Change Reqand manage release-ruests within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring timely approvals and alignment with release schedules. This position requires analyzing business challenges, contributing to resolutions, and leveraging a solid understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Create and manage release-related Change Requests within the ServiceNow platform. - Use data to make risk-based decisions based on factual information. - Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for business problems. - Contribute to the development of cost-effective systems and procedures. - Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve complex issues. - Act as an internal consultant to re-engineer technical processes using quality tools. - Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams. - Plan, manage, and deploy weekly and on-demand releases, which may include nights and weekends on a rotational basis. Required Qualifications Experience: 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education. Technical Skills: A background in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required, including experience opening Change Requests. Industry Experience: Experience in large financial services is required. Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow experience within the ITSM module. - Experience with AGILE/JIRA methodologies. - Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management and Enterprise Incident Management. - Experience planning and running meetings with large teams. - Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
