Role Description We are a fast-growing dental consulting company seeking a high-level sales professional to take over founder-led sales and help drive the next phase of our growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative sales, enjoys helping business owners grow, and wants to play a key role in scaling a respected company in the dental industry. This is a high-performance sales role built for sustained performance with a professional schedule. What You’ll Do - Lead the sales process from initial conversation through closing and onboarding. - Full-cycle responsibility from first call to close, primarily via video call. - Manage and convert warm inbound leads while prospecting new opportunities. - Run strategy calls with prospective clients to understand their pain points and their successful path forward with Dental A Team. - Attend external events to build professional relationships that will drive leads (monthly travel to dental events). - Manage a structured sales pipeline and track performance metrics. - Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives. - Collaborate with leadership and consulting teams to support client success. - Maintain CRM and follow consistent sales processes, accurate pipeline forecasting. - Help refine and improve the company’s sales systems as we scale. - Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Build trusted relationships with dental practice owners and leadership teams. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience. - Strong organizational and process discipline. - Collaborative mindset with internal teams. - Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with clients. - Strong communication and consultative selling skills. - Comfort selling high-value services. - Resilience and persistence in pursuing opportunities. - Self-direction and initiative without needing constant instruction. - Comfort working with metrics, pipelines, and accountability. Requirements - Dental consulting or coaching experience. - B2B professional services sales experience. - Strategic account management experience. - High-performing consultative sales processes experience (e.g., real estate and wealth management). - Experience in the dental industry or professional services sales is preferred. Benefits - Base Salary: $80,000. - OTE (on-target earnings): $115k–$140k at 100% quota with a 60/40 pay mix. Role Description We’re looking for a Lead Consultant to own the success of our consulting team, elevate client outcomes, and help scale a high-performance consulting practice.
