About the role This is a high‑impact, desk‑based Broker Specialist role designed for someone who thrives on proactive engagement, outbound sales activity and relationship building. Working from home, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of brokers, driving utilisation, conversion and re‑engagement, while partnering closely with Relationship Managers, Credit and Funding teams to deliver an exceptional broker and customer experience. This role is ideal if you enjoy being on the phone, influencing outcomes, solving deal scenarios and activating brokers to write more business — all from a structured, home‑based environment. Responsibilities: As a Broker Specialist, you’ll be responsible for proactively managing and activating your broker portfolio through structured outbound activity, Webinar meetings, and relationship‑led sales conversations. Your responsibilities will include: - Proactively engaging brokers through a high‑volume outbound call program and Webinar sessions - Activating and re‑engaging brokers to increase utilisation and conversion - Building awareness of Latitude products, credit appetite, policies and processes - Supporting brokers across the full lifecycle: - Scenario assistance and deal structuring - Policy clarification and quoting support - Application and loan lodgement guidance - Managing broker enquiries via phone and email while maintaining a sales mindset - Delivering targeted re‑engagement initiatives (including campaigns and webinars) for dormant brokers - Partnering with Relationship Managers to prepare high‑performing brokers for transition into Relationship Manager portfolios This role is measured on broker engagement, outbound activity, utilisation and sales outcomes. Accreditation, compliance & risk In addition to sales activation, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of Latitude’s broker network by: - Managing end‑to‑end broker accreditation and onboarding - Completing dealership compliance checks - Maintaining accurate broker records and updates - Ensuring all activity aligns with Latitude policy and regulatory requirements - Working with aggregators and internal risk teams where required Who we’re looking for We’re a small, high‑performing team — so we’re looking for someone who is proactive, disciplined and comfortable working autonomously. You’ll bring: - Experience in financial services preferred but not critical - Proven experience in outbound sales, support or relationship management - Confidence managing phone‑based sales and engagement from a WFH environment - Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage a large, active portfolio - Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills - Experience within the broker or aggregator environment is highly regarded. Sometimes the best candidates don’t have 100% of what is listed above, but if you have most and are confident, you’d be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you! Sound like you? That's a good sign! In return for your energy and ideas, we offer a flexible working environment and great compensation. We always support a safe, healthy, engaging, and productive working environment for all employees and workers, whether that be in your home and office, or a combination of both. We're Latitude, partners in money Latitude may seem like the new kid on the block, but it's taken us almost a hundred years to become an overnight success. Digital payments, cards, loans are what we offer - but what we really are is a platform that helps people shop and live better. Always living and breathing our values.
