Change Management – Ariba Learning Experience Designer

• Develop and execute strategies for stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and sustainment to increase user readiness and mitigate risk. • Create engaging, user-centered learning experiences to support business transformation and the rollout of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba across the enterprise. • Design end-to-end user learning journeys that blend virtual learning sessions, self-paced learning, and hands-on practice to support effective system adoption. • Collaborate with third-party, offshore, and Business Unit content developers to ensure consistent design standards and quality across all learning assets.

Job Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum 10 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting learning design efforts in SAP Ariba.
  • Provide design leadership or governance across multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%+
