You'll go beyond modeling to help ensure that designs are constructible, coordinated, and ready for real-world execution. Working directly with experienced US BIM leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality MEP systems across multiple projects. What You'll Be Doing - Develop detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical) using Revit - Coordinate across disciplines using Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes - Produce project-ready deliverables: sheets, schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports - Collaborate daily with US-based project teams to align models with real project needs - Maintain and apply BIM standards, templates, and execution plans - Ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and ready for construction or fabrication - Work within BIM 360 / ACC environments for model management and collaboration Why This Role Is a Career Move This isn't just a production role. What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 3-5 years (or more) of relevant BIM/MEP modelling experience in the construction industry (US project experience preferred). - Proficient with Autodesk Revit (MEP module), and comfortable using Navisworks Manage / Simulate for clash detection & model coordination. - Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, ELV) and their modelling/coordination in BIM context. - Good understanding of Architecture & Structure for coordination in BIM context. - Good command of English (written & verbal) for remote team communication, documentation and coordination. - Ability to follow established BIM workflows, templates and standards; good attention to detail. - Comfortable working remotely, managing deliverables, and collaborating with a team across time zones. Bonus Points - Experience working on US-based or international construction/BIM projects (or exposure to US standards) is a plus. - Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) like BIM 360, ACC, SharePoint, or equivalent. - Experience with automation or scripting (Dynamo, Revit API) or fabrication support for MEP modelling. What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Hotel Billing Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles. In this role, you will assist hotel billing with data entry. You will report directly to the Hotel Billing Manager. How We Work As a Hotel Billing Specialist, you will be expected to work in a virtual environment.
