Senior Strategic Finance Manager

Drive budget planning, pacing, and forecast accuracy across GTM functions. Build models to forecast acquisition, activation, and free-to-paid conversion performance, translating funnel health into financial outcomes. • Decision Support & Business Case Development: Build robust operational and financial models for major initiatives, including ROI, LTV/CAC, and payback analysis. Quantify trade-offs between growth and profitability, and partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on scenario analysis supporting strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and investment decisions. • Performance Measurement: Design and track key GTM KPIs — including CAC, LTV/CAC, payback period, sales productivity, conversion rates, and retention efficiency. Evaluate the ROI of marketing channels, campaigns, and sales investments, partnering with Marketing Operations, RevOps, and Data teams to validate attribution and performance metrics. Support quarterly and annual GTM reviews with clear insight into spend efficiency and growth contribution. • Data & Analytics Infrastructure: Partner with Data and BI teams to define reporting requirements, build and maintain analytical datasets, and ensure Finance has reliable, scalable access to the metrics that matter. Serve as a bridge between Finance and technical data teams — and write SQL independently to pull, validate, and explore data without relying on a data team intermediary. • Team and Culture Stewardship: Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture within Finance by modeling analytical rigor, proactive communication, and cross-functional partnership. Help shape scalable processes, workflows, and tools that enable the team to operate efficiently and deliver high-quality insights as the company grows. • AI-enabled Process Improvement: Identify and spearhead opportunities to leverage AI-based tools and modern data infrastructure to streamline forecasting, automate reporting, and surface insights — helping unlock team capacity for high-impact analysis.
