Senior UI Developer, eCommerce

• Shape the digital experience for HOKA customers by designing and developing responsive, visually stunning web pages and interactive features that inspire and engage. • Lead the charge in creating accessible, high-performing interfaces, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued—no matter their device or ability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life, transforming concepts into seamless, brand-consistent user journeys. • Drive innovation by staying ahead of UI/UX trends and proactively recommending improvements to our tech stack and processes. • Champion site performance and scalability, optimizing every detail for speed, reliability, and search visibility. • Play a pivotal role in Agile development, contributing your expertise to deliver impactful releases that elevate the HOKA brand and delight our customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, ideally in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments
  • Proven ability to hand-code HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with clean, maintainable, and standards-compliant practices
  • Experience with modern frameworks/libraries and their integration into larger systems
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA), and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and using collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and clear, effective communication
  • Working knowledge of typography, layout, and graphic design principles for visually polished, brand-consistent UI
  • Experience with FreeMarker, SalesForce Commerce Cloud, DemandWare, and CoreMedia is a plus
