Job Requirements
- Hands‑on experience delivering Procurement system or ERP training, ideally with Coupa platform training exposure
- 3+ years’ experience in technical training, instructional design, or L&D, with end‑to‑end responsibility for training needs analysis and delivery
- Proven ability to design high‑quality training collateral, including step‑by‑step guides, video/Loom tutorials, and LMS or interactive learning content
- Strong understanding of procurement / P2P and invoicing processes, with the ability to identify user gaps and system friction points
- Excellent English communication and facilitation skills, confident engaging diverse stakeholders in virtual training environments
