Company: Adcities Location: Remote (Global) Hours: Up to 40 hours/week Compensation: $5 – $8/hour / (based on experience) About Adcities Adcities is building a global marketplace for outdoor advertising (OOH), enabling brands to discover, measure, and activate media inventory in the real world with the precision of digital channels. We work with media owners across cities worldwide to bring transparency, targeting, and performance to offline advertising. Role Overview We are looking for Publisher Management Associates to help expand Adcities’ global supply network. In this role, you will identify and onboard new media inventory owners (publishers) — such as billboard operators, digital screen networks, transit media owners, and retail media operators — across different countries. You will play a key role in growing our marketplace by researching, qualifying, and documenting new supply partners. Tasks Key Responsibilities 1. Supply Discovery & Prospecting - Research and identify outdoor advertising inventory owners in assigned regions/countries - Use search engines, directories, maps, LinkedIn, and AI tools to discover new publishers - Build structured lists of potential partners 2. Data Collection & Database Management - Log and maintain publisher data in Adcities’ internal database - Capture key information: - Company name - Location(s) - Media types (billboards, digital screens, etc.) - Contact details - Website / inventory details - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency 3. Outreach & Communication - Reach out to prospective publishers via email, LinkedIn, or other channels - Introduce Adcities and explain partnership opportunities - Follow up and maintain communication pipelines - Qualify interest and escalate warm leads to senior team members 4. AI-Enhanced Workflows - Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools, scraping tools) to: - Accelerate research and prospecting - Generate outreach messages - Structure and clean data - Continuously improve efficiency and workflows Requirements Requirements Core Skills - Strong internet research and data gathering skills - High attention to detail and organization - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases - Clear written and verbal communication in English Nice to Have - Experience in sales, lead generation, or data entry - Familiarity with advertising, media, or marketplaces - Experience using AI tools for productivity - Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus Profile We’re Looking For - Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment - Curious and resourceful — able to “figure things out” quickly - Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality - Interested in technology, marketplaces, and global business What You’ll Gain - Exposure to the global advertising and media industry - Hands-on experience with AI-driven workflows - Opportunity to grow into more senior roles (partnerships, sales, operations) - Flexible remote work environment Engagement Details - Contract-based role - Flexible schedule (up to 40 hours/week)

This role is ideal for someone who has worked at a company that sells physical products online and understands how marketing, product pages, inventory, and fulfillment systems connect behind the scenes. You will lead website initiatives, conversion optimization projects, and cross-platform operational improvements across tools like Shopify, ShipStation, Google Sheets, and accounting systems. Tasks Key Responsibilities Website & E-commerce Projects - Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics for website initiatives - Lead projects including product launches, page builds, redesigns, CRO improvements, and feature releases - Oversee the full lifecycle from kickoff → wireframes → development → QA → launch → optimization - Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with revenue goals Cross-Functional Coordination - Act as the main point of contact between marketing, sales, content, IT, and leadership - Coordinate with developers, designers, and external vendors - Assign tasks and track execution using tools such as Asana - Remove blockers and keep teams aligned on priorities Systems & Process Optimization - Lead initiatives to improve operational workflows across the stack - Manage projects involving systems such as: - Shopify - ShipStation - Google Sheets - Inventory tools - Accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks) - Translate business needs into technical tasks and guide internal resources to implement solutions - Ensure system improvements increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability Reporting & Communication - Track progress, dependencies, and risks across all projects - Provide clear status updates and reports to leadership - Maintain documentation, workflows, and project plans Requirements Required Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or product/web delivery roles - Experience working at a company that sells physical products (e-commerce, retail, hardware, consumer goods, etc.) - Strong understanding of website workflows, product pages, and conversion optimization - Experience managing cross-functional technical projects - Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, ShipStation, Google Sheets, Asana, or similar platforms - Strong English communication skills - Comfortable working with teams aligned to US business hours Preferred Qualifications - Experience managing Shopify or DTC e-commerce operations - Background working with developers or technical teams - Experience improving workflows across multiple software tools - Startup or high-growth company experience - Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, or CRO tools
