• Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, including Workforce Compensation, Total Compensation Statements, and Salary Administration; • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with HR and business leaders; • Translate business needs into scalable, efficient Oracle Cloud configurations; • Provide strategic guidance on compensation best practices and system capabilities; • Configure Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, including plan setup, eligibility profiles, worksheet design, modelling, and budgeting; • Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and external systems; • Lead testing cycles (POC, CRP, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities; • Develop functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations; • Coordinate with technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners; • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Experience leading at least three end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations, including quarterly patch cycles, and regression testing;
- Hands on experience with Workforce Compensation, Salary Basis, and Total Compensation Statements;
- Experience with at least one Redwood Compensation implementation, including Visual Builder Studio customization;
- US Compensation experience, including supporting Unions/Bargaining Units;
- Oracle Compensation Certification (active);
- Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes (merit, bonus, stock, budgeting);
- Ability to design complex eligibility rules, fast formulas, and compensation cycles;
- Proficiency in at least one additional Oracle Cloud HCM module;
- Ability to plan work effort, manage priorities and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
