• Optimize and scale Addi’s capital structure by executing sophisticated debt financing strategies that ensure long-term liquidity and lower the cost of funds to fuel rapid regional expansion. • Act as the critical bridge between Addi’s ambitious lending goals and the institutional capital required to fund them, directly impacting the company’s unit economics and valuation. • Achieve On-Time closing rate for new warehouse or securitization facilities by leading the end-to-end due diligence process and coordinating cross-functional responses, ensuring no delays in the funding roadmap. • Improve data accuracy and reporting speed for Lenders through the implementation of automated SQL-based monitoring tools, reducing manual ad-hoc requests and increasing investor confidence. • Execute a seamless "Bank Migration" financial workstream by aligning internal reporting and covenant structures with new regulatory requirements, ensuring zero breaches during the transition period. • Develop high-impact investment committee memos and pitch decks that successfully secure internal C-level buy-in and external term sheets for corporate or private placement facilities. • Maintain compliance on all financial covenants by proactively managing a centralized reporting calendar and conducting monthly stress tests on portfolio performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in Structured Credit & Capital Markets
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, boutique advisory, financial institutions, or fintech/startups
- Demonstrates deep technical knowledge of warehouse facilities, ABS (Asset-Backed Securities), and revolving credit lines.
- Possesses the ability to parse complex credit agreements to identify key operational and financial constraints.
- Experienced in building robust, error-free Excel models to project cash flows, advance rates, and concentration limits.
- Track record of effectively "pitching" a company’s credit story to institutional lenders and credit committees.
- Demonstrates the ability to translate complex financial structures into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes, multi-month due diligence processes involving Legal, Tax, and Credit teams.

Role Description The Senior Credit Policy Analyst is responsible for assessing GSE guidelines, analyzing data, monitoring industry changes, recommending, implementing, documenting, and communicating origination, servicing, and loss management policies.
