As a Product Manager in Employee Access Services, you will own and evolve Dayforce’s next-generation Access Management platform. What you'll get to do - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Employee Access Services capabilities, including discovery, definition, prioritisation, delivery, and iteration. - Define and maintain a clear roadmap aligned to platform strategy and customer outcomes. - Partner closely with Engineering and UX to design scalable, configurable, enterprise grade solutions. - Engage directly with customers, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders to understand configuration challenges, regulatory needs, and workflow pain points. - Translate complex security, access control, and regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities, clear requirements, and user stories. - Ensure access control logic supports secure, compliant outcomes across regions and customer configurations. - Collaborate with adjacent product teams across Payroll, Workforce Management, and Talent to ensure cross-product consistency. - Use product metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to inform prioritisation and measure impact. - Support go-to-market readiness and participate in major feature releases. Skills and experience we value - 3 or more years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally within HCM or HR technology. - Experience working with access management concepts such as role-based access control, permissions models, or identity systems. - Strong understanding of how employee data flows across HR, Time, and Pay domains. - Experience delivering products in Agile or Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence. - Clear communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience working directly with enterprise customers and incorporating feedback into roadmap decisions. - Commercial awareness and ability to balance customer value with business impact. - Comfortable operating in a remote, global, enterprise scale organisation.
