Manager, NorAm Industry Events – Sports Activations
Keeper Security, Inc.
• Manage two direct reports: a Specialist of Global Channel Event Marketing and a Specialist of Industry Event Marketing • Develop and execute an annual events strategy aligned with corporate and regional marketing goals • Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks for all event types to drive ROI and continuous improvement • Lead the planning and execution of key cybersecurity industry tradeshows (e.g. RSA, Black Hat, Identiverse) and regional events • Partner with Sales, Channel and Demand Generation teams to design pre-, during- and post-event strategies that drive pipeline and partner engagement • Oversee booth design, content, logistics and staff training to ensure brand consistency and audience impact • Manage event budgets, vendor contracts and timelines to deliver flawless execution within scope and budget • Lead experiential and hospitality activations tied to Keeper’s global sports sponsorships with emphasis on the Williams Racing Formula 1 partnership • Oversee creative concepts, VIP engagement, hospitality logistics and on-site execution • Collaborate with PR, Social Media and Brand teams to maximize sponsorship visibility and fan engagement through integrated marketing efforts • Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors • Maintain event calendars, track metrics and prepare post-event reporting and analysis • Stay informed on industry and sponsorship trends to identify new opportunities and refine strategy
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing or sponsorship activation
- Proven success managing large-scale industry tradeshows, partner events or sports sponsorships
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives across global time zones
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to represent Keeper with professionalism to partners and VIP stakeholders
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and vendor negotiations
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset
- Passion for cybersecurity, technology and global sports culture (motorsport experience a plus)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25–30% of the time
