Principal Full-stack Engineer – .NET/Angular
Truelogic Software
• Write production code for critical and complex system components, setting the standard for quality and maintainability. • Architect, implement, and improve high-performing, modular software systems using SQL, .NET, and Angular, with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance. • Lead complex system designs and influence architecture decisions across teams, ensuring integration with enterprise-wide systems. • Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies and approaches before broader adoption. • Evolve large existing systems, driving modernization from monolith to modular without disrupting production delivery. • Provide technical guidance that helps teams plan and execute complex work effectively. • Ensure critical paths are observable and measurable through hands-on implementation of monitoring and performance tooling.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including staff-level or equivalent technical leadership
- Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, and Angular
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact systems
- Experience defining scalable architectures and reusable patterns across teams
- Track record of owning technical roadmaps and modernizing legacy systems
- Solid expertise in automated testing (including TDD) aligned with business risk
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices
- Strong knowledge of system observability, performance monitoring, and reliability at scale
- Familiarity with code quality and security tools such as SonarQube or Mend
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

1. Desarrollo de servicios backend en Java - Diseñar y construir aplicaciones usando Java (principalmente servicios backend). - Crear APIs REST y/o SOAP bien estructuradas. - Manejar lógica de negocio, validaciones y manejo de errores. 2. Integración de sistemas - Diseñar flujos de integración entre sistemas (routing, transformación de datos). - Consumir y exponer servicios externos. - Orquestar procesos entre múltiples APIs o sistemas legacy. 3. Gestión de APIs Con Red Hat 3scale: - Publicar APIs para consumo externo/interno. - Configurar planes, límites (rate limiting) y accesos. - Documentar APIs y asegurar su gobernanza. 4. Despliegue en contenedores y nube Con OpenShift: - Desplegar aplicaciones en entornos containerizados. - Configurar variables, secretos, rutas, escalamiento. - Monitorear y resolver problemas en ambientes productivos. 5. Consumo e integración de servicios - Integrar APIs REST/SOAP de terceros. - Manejar autenticación, timeouts, retries, etc. - Asegurar resiliencia en integraciones.
