Role Description As an Environmental Policy Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting federal land management planning efforts for the U.S. Forest Service. You will leverage your expertise in environmental policy and NEPA compliance to guide interdisciplinary teams, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure regulatory adherence across large-scale projects. This position offers the opportunity to impact national and regional land management initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership and diverse project teams. - Leading the preparation, coordination, and revision of National Forest System land management plans and NEPA documents, ensuring compliance with the Northwest Forest Plan and Forest Service policies. - Providing expert policy analysis and guidance on federal land management planning, NEPA scoping, alternatives development, and impact analysis to support interdisciplinary planning teams. - Conducting rigorous environmental analyses and policy reviews for large-scale, regional or national land management projects, including writing, editing, and integrating findings into planning documents and decision packets. - Serving as a subject-matter advisor to higher management and project teams on policy interpretation, Forest Service planning requirements, and NEPA documentation, facilitating cross-agency and stakeholder coordination. - Ensuring citizen engagement and stakeholder communication by preparing briefings, public notices, responses to comments, and documentation that supports transparent decision-making and regulatory compliance. • Own VPP performance infrastructure: Build and maintain the systems for capacity tracking, forecast-to-actuals analysis, and asset performance scorecards across our VPP Product Portfolio. • Manage operational delivery: Own reporting systems that monitor operational delivery and support continuous improvement. Enable the systems that keep us on track to deliver according to contractual obligations and client expectations. • Build dashboards and frameworks: Design and maintain dashboards to monitor VPP reliability, client contract performance, and financial outcomes, acting as the "business intelligence layer" for VPP operations. Document operational processes and best practices to support scaling. • Drive strategic decisions: Provide data-driven recommendations for contract bidding strategies and market expansion decisions. • Build growth and enrollment models: Create forecasting frameworks to support strategic planning and business development decisions. • Support business development: Partner with Sales Engineering and Partnerships to provide performance data and operational insights that inform technical scoping, validate feasibility, and support accurate proposal development. • Translate technical to business: Work across technical and business teams to translate performance data into clear business insights and narratives for non-technical stakeholders, turning operational knowledge into repeatable, documented processes. • Executive reporting: Build frameworks to monitor performance against company OKRs and create high-precision visuals for executive leadership and board meetings. • Support broader operations: The Operations team provides ad hoc support across the company as we together strive to hit ambitious growth targets and build amazing products and partnerships. • Monitor, communicate and reconcile commercial campaigns promoted by insurers. • Create tracking and management dashboards for campaigns in collaboration with the Data Team. • Be proficient with insurers’ portals to support our Business Units and brokerage partners. • Stay up to date with the market, maintaining in-depth knowledge of available products. • Maintain ongoing relationships with insurers. • Conduct market and trend analyses. • Track, monitor and validate amounts received from contracts with insurers. • Analyze and adjust product parameterization in Broker One. • Work closely with the technology team to improve processes and to support system adjustments, development, and enhancements. • Close out area KPIs/indicators to support decision-making. • Perform other related duties of equal complexity as required by immediate leadership.

• Analyze equipment utilization and rental activity to identify opportunities to reduce avoidable rentals. • Provide recommendations and insights that drive operational change and measurable cost savings. • Collaborate with Mobile Medical Equipment teams, Clinical Engineering teams, TRIMEDX Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, CAM’s Strategic Advisors, and hospital customer administration and clinical staff. • Support the strategic placement and ongoing management of rental equipment to meet clinical needs while optimizing spend. • Develop and maintain strong customer partnerships using a consultative approach. • Create and deliver clear, impactful presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and process improvements.
