Clinical Reasoning Analyst

• Rapidly identify, assess, and resolve disruptions or gaps in clinical reasoning across assigned solutions • Document triage events, interventions, and outcomes in designated tracking systems • Monitor the flow and coherence of clinical reasoning across care teams, ensuring seamless care delivery • Identify patterns of reasoning breakdown and translate insights into actionable improvement strategies • Analyze clinical reasoning trends across customer accounts and report findings to leadership • Partner cross-functionally to address findings and implement solutions • Model a culture of intellectual curiosity, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement • Stay current on evidence-based practices, clinical reasoning research, and emerging care delivery trends

Job Requirements

  • Clinically experienced professional with a background in nursing or a related healthcare discipline
  • Experience in case management or care coordination within a health plan or hospital setting
  • Strong familiarity applying MCG guidelines in real-world clinical practice
  • Highly analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize complex clinical, operational, and relational data
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly assess and respond to issues
  • Effective communicator and collaborator who works well across cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Active RN License Required.
