Lead Solutions Engineer
Verifiable
• Own end-to-end technical strategy on Verifiable's largest enterprise deals ($250K+ ARR), from first call through close and handoff to Implementation • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CTO, CIO, COO) and drive technical decisions at the executive level • Lead advanced discovery sessions to uncover complex requirements and architect scalable, differentiated multi-product solutions • Scope and execute POCs and pilots — defining success criteria, aligning stakeholders, and managing technical risk • Own competitive positioning: RFP/RFI responses, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and win/loss documentation • Represent Verifiable at industry conferences and in technical communities (PreSales Collective, Salesforce Trailblazer Community) • Mentor and develop SEs across all levels; partner with leadership on go-to-market and product strategy • Maintain and continuously improve the enterprise demo environment, reference architecture library, and SE playbook • Surface field insights from strategic accounts directly into Verifiable's product roadmap
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise sales engineering
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise, including Health Cloud and ISV/managed package environments; advanced certifications and Superbadges required
- Track record of architecting and presenting enterprise-grade solutions to C-suite buyers
- Executive-level communication skills — compelling storyteller, confident presenter, credible thought leader
- Fluency across the full enterprise pre-sales motion: discovery, POC design, business case development, and security/procurement review
- Ability to translate Verifiable's credentialing and provider data capabilities into ROI narratives for provider, payer, and health tech audiences
- Experience navigating enterprise security reviews, complex procurement processes, and legal/compliance requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
