Cross-Team Leadership & Mentorship - Provide architectural guidance to 2–4 engineering teams (4–7 developers each). - Mentor Tech Leads and Senior Engineers, fostering architectural thinking across teams. - Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to design and evolve infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability systems. - Communicate architectural decisions and trade-offs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications and Job Requirements - 8+ years in .NET software development, including 3+ years as Software Architect or Principal Engineer. - Mastery of .NET 8+, C#, and ASP.NET Core, with deep knowledge of distributed systems and performance tuning. - Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-native architectures on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, IAM). - Strong data architecture background (SQL Server, caching, event streaming). - Understanding of front-end architecture (Angular) and its integration with backend services. - Track record of establishing technical standards, mentoring senior talent, and leading complex initiatives. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
