Applied AI & Analytics Consultant

Innovaccer

• Establish, maintain, and validate end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT), data quality frameworks, and dashboards that serve as the operational backbone for customer analytics • Conduct ad hoc analytics as requested by customers and coordinated with the central product team — including custom SQL queries, dashboard modifications, and bespoke visualizations • Build AI-centric solutions such as agents, machine learning models, and predictive models tailored to real-world customer use cases • Leverage AI tools — including code generation and prompt engineering — to accelerate development and deployment, while applying your technical judgment to validate outputs and resolve gaps AI can't handle on its own • Engage directly with customers to understand their data ecosystems, gather requirements, and translate business problems into technical specifications • Collaborate with stakeholders across levels — from analysts to C-suite — to communicate data-driven insights clearly and credibly • Troubleshoot and resolve data and analytics issues in production environments • Document solutions, including AI workflows, models, and pipelines, for client handover and continuity

Job Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or applied AI/ML roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, optimization, and data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools (dbt, Informatica, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and AI/ML workflows
  • Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake and PostgreSQL
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including predictive modeling, classification
  • Ability to effectively leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based coding assistants) while maintaining rigorous standards for code quality and correctness
  • Proven ability to work in client-facing environments, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and clear communication
