• Campaign Execution & Launch: Work cross-functionally to accurately set up, launch and manage programmatic media campaigns within a DSP interface. • Optimization: Perform real-time optimizations including bid adjustments, targeting refinements, and budget reallocation to ensure peak performance and delivery. • Platform Partnership: Work directly with partners to troubleshoot technical issues, beta-test new features, and strengthen overall campaign infrastructure. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign health, providing actionable recommendations to drive incremental revenue and client success. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, and Product teams to translate customer feedback into prioritized requirements for new features, support, and marketing collateral.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of operational experience working with a DSP
- Ability to work remotely, both autonomously and closely with your team
- Communication and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and ad tech, with a deep understanding programmatic deployment, optimizations, and measurement
- Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end execution of programmatic campaigns, including, but not limited to: ● Accurate campaign setup and launches ● Real-time campaign optimizations (adjusting bids, targeting, budget, etc.) ● Overall campaign performance monitoring and recommendations to drive incremental revenue The Campaign Manager will collaborate across internal teams to continue strengthening our programmatic solution for retailers and brands. They will learn the Jane business across all teams, from external partners to sales to data science and product. • Develop and execute tailored Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for NetDocuments' largest prospect accounts. • Partner with sales teams to identify target accounts, create account plans, and align marketing efforts with sales objectives. • Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, content, social, events, direct mail, etc.) that engage key personas within target accounts. • Build and manage personalized campaigns for strategic accounts, leveraging marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce). • Collaborate with content teams to develop account-specific assets, including case studies, whitepapers, and executive briefs. • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, lead generation, and pipeline creation. • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for enterprise account sales teams, ensuring alignment on goals, messaging, and outreach efforts. • Work with aftermarket and customer success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. • Facilitate regular ABM meetings to review progress, share insights, and refine strategies. • Track and measure the performance of ABM campaigns, providing insights into engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI. • Create account-level reports and dashboards to share progress and recommendations with internal stakeholders. • Use data to continuously refine ABM strategies and drive decision-making. • Leverage marketing and ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, or LinkedIn) to deliver targeted campaigns and gather insights. • Ensure seamless integration of ABM efforts with the broader marketing and sales tech stack.
