Schedule & Location Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Flexible) Remote position with occasional onsite meetings at the Pomona, CA Key Responsibilities Process multi‑state payroll accurately and on time for employees and independent contractors Manage daily payroll activity for multiple locations by reviewing roster submissions and ensuring files are complete and properly imported Track completed and pending payroll locations to maintain organization, audit readiness, and timely follow‑up with leaders Review payroll data for discrepancies and collaborate with leaders to resolve issues before final payroll import Prepare and process weekly and bi‑weekly independent contractor payroll, validating pay rates, additions, deductions, and required documentation Submit finalized independent contractor payroll summaries to Accounting in accordance with payroll deadlines Maintain and update employee pay data within the payroll roster database Provide ongoing payroll support and guidance to leaders and team members Deliver professional, responsive customer service while researching and resolving payroll inquiries Learn and assist with piece‑rate payroll processing Clearly communicate payroll processes and address manager questions or concerns Train leaders on Paycom and internal payroll systems Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Experience using Paycom preferred Knowledge of piece‑rate payroll preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines Highly organized with strong follow‑up skills Adaptable to changing processes and systems Professional demeanor with a customer‑service mindset Qualifications
