Sr IT Tech Lead About the role The Tech Lead/Solutions Architect position will provide operational support, technical guidance, and new solution delivery services across the enterprise. This position will be based in Tampa/Hingham/Remote, and it will report to the VP of Application Development. The impact you can have - Solutioning, building and integrating technology systems to meet the needs of our enterprise, specifically within our Marketing and Customer Data Cloud services. - Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical resources to recommend solutions for improvements of legacy systems or delivering new technology and capabilities. - Resolving technical problems as they arise. - Providing supervision and guidance to cross-functional technology teams and mentor junior team members and 3rd party vendor resources. - Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed. - Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented. - Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have. - Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets. - Partner with QA for testing changes required to support new solution delivery or on-going operational support needs. - Develop expertise in all the integrations that are critical for the omni channel ecosystem. - Continue to be an advocate for technology across the enterprise. Leverage and build new relationships across the enterprise for collaboration, cross-team alignment and successful project delivery. You’ll bring to the role - 5-10 years of overall professional experience, including 2-3 years of experience with customer data environments (CDP, CRM, Loyalty, ESP’s, Cloud Data Platforms) - Understanding of business processes and more specifically marketing services related to both digital, retail store and customer service operations. Industry-specific experience in apparel is a plus. - Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and to rally appropriate teams to troubleshoot issues and track them to root cause resolution quickly and effectively. - Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict-resolutions skills. - Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across an organization. - The ability to quickly absorb new technologies and features, with strong desire for continuous improvement. - Experience with API tools is preferred. - High level of competency with Microsoft applications, including Excel and Power Point. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Self-initiative and ability to be operate effectively on your own with our business and technology partners. - Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
