Job Description: Summary: The SharePoint Associate Administrator at vRad plays a key role in helping to design, support, and optimize the vRad SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. Working within the team, this position is responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing SharePoint Online sites. In addition, you will be assisting in the development of automated workflows and business solutions while using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot/Copilot Agents, while keeping vRad data secure. This role collaborates closely with our SharePoint Architect, Project Managers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, plan initiatives, and deliver scalable, user-friendly collaborative solutions. A successful SharePoint Associate Administrator will be able to blend their technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and passion for building efficient, intuitive systems that empower teams to work smarter and succeed together. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in the configuration, deployment, and support of SharePoint Online solutions and information architecture following vRad’s business guidelines - Help to design and implement best practice solutions using Microsoft’s Power Automate and Power Apps solutions - Troubleshoot all issues related to vRad’s SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions as directed - As part of a team deploy, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists and site collections in SharePoint - Help to administer SharePoint services and service applications (improvements, upgrades, etc.) - Help the team to enable the use of Microsoft CoPilot and CoPilot Agents in the SharePoint Online and M365 environments - Be the subject matter expert for SharePoint online and help to organize tasks and estimate delivery times - As a contributor, provide recommendations and participate in project planning to improve our processes and policies within the SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. - Aid in the maintenance, utilization, and support of 3rd party solutions and apps in SharePoint Online - Participating in project planning - Maintain accurate, current documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to ensure operational consistency and knowledge sharing. - Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Education: - BS degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience working with Microsoft SharePoint Online - 2-4 years’ experience working directly with Microsoft SharePoint Online - Experience with hosted SharePoint versions (SSE / 2019 / 2016 / 2013) a plus - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform tools including, but not limited to, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. - Experience creating, deploying, and using M365 CoPilot, SharePoint Agents, and Copilot Agents - SharePoint specific required skills (through the web UI): customizing web parts and web part pages; creating sites, document libraries, lists and views; search and taxonomies; Office and other Microsoft (or 3rd party) integration; and reporting functions - Comprehensive experience with SharePoint configuration through the web UI - Experience in requirements analysis and development, change management, and solution implementation preferred - Sound understanding of Microsoft Active Directory environments, including Entra ID - Excellent communication and organization skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently on defined tasks, as needed Job Classification: Sedentary- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
